3. Social Media Groups and Communities
Business owners of all levels are welcome here. We have community members of all skill and experience levels, from college students to entrepreneurs to multi-million dollar enterprises.

- Breaking the rules: Three warnings for rule-breaking behavior will result in a 7-day removal from the group. After the 7 day period, you are welcome to rejoin the group on a 30-day probation. If you break the rules again during your probation, you will be permanently removed from the community or group.

You agree that you will not use such proprietary information or materials in any way whatsoever except for use of the ParvatiECreations Services in compliance with this Agreement. You agree not to modify, rent, lease, loan, sell, distribute, or create derivative works based on the ParvatiECreations Services in any manner, and you shall not exploit the ParvatiECreations brand in any unauthorized way whatsoever, including, but not limited to, by trespass or burdening network capacity.
Notwithstanding any other provision of this Agreement, ParvatiECreations and its licensors reserve the right to change, suspend, remove, or disable access to any ParvatiECreations services, content, or other materials comprising a part of the ParvatiECreations brand at any time without notice. In no event will ParvatiECreations be liable for making these changes. ParvatiECreations may also impose limits on the use of or access to certain features or portions of ParvatiECreations services, in any case and without notice or liability.
All copyrights in and to ParvatiECreations (including the compilation of content, postings, links to other Internet resources, and descriptions of those resources) and related software are owned by ParvatiECreations and/or its licensors, who reserve all their rights in law and equity. 5. CANCELLATION POLICY
Client satisfaction lies at the core of our services and we ensure that in every possible way. At ParvatiECreations, even our cancellation and refund policy of digital marketing services are very transparent and different for each service we offer.
How is the cancellation procedure?
- Send us your cancellation request by telephone, email or fax.
It will be collected at our accounts and billing department.
You will receive a confirmation reply from us. Until then, the request will remain invalid.

The company is not liable to make any refunds on paid amount.
For any other miscellaneous charges, we are not responsible for refunding, especially of what causes loss to the company.

Link building is an important part of SEO, and you need to provide us the required information for that. The company would not be held responsible for any error or failed result due to the incorrect URL. Clients cannot claim are fund.
If search engine optimization services are hampered by activities of third party on your website content, JSM Digital Marketing team will not take any responsibility for that.
We, however, release the next month’s payments after at horough review of our performance in the current month. ParvatiECreations does not offer vague guarantees for any service including SEO and others. For any third party service, we would strictly not take any responsibility in case any problem arises.
